HSJ is delighted to bring you our first virtual event on the theme of sustainability, which will take place on 19 August 2020. The HSJ Sustainability Virtual Event will connect board-level peers and sustainability leaders for 3 hours of interactive live sessions, kicking off at 10:00 am, to tackle key topics and make strides towards a greener NHS.
As in the NHS, corporate social responsibility (CSR) is a key area of focus within HSJ, in line with growing public concern about sustainability and the environment. By adopting a virtual event proposition, we are able to continue providing worthwhile interactive content in a more environmentally-friendly fashion, and with a reduced carbon footprint.
The health and wellbeing of our attendees, speakers and staff is our top priority at this time. By adopting a virtual event proposition, we are able to continue providing worthwhile interactive content and updates, while staying safe at home and precluding the need for travel.
High-profile speakers: Take the opportunity to quiz the most authoritative voices on sustainability and make sure you’re up to date on the latest announcements and national priorities
Learn alongside your peers: We aim for you to leave an HSJ event brimming with ideas to enable you to make positive changes in your organisation. We know we’ve succeeded when the knowledge that’s been shared leads to improved patient outcomes and a better NHS
Fresh formats: HSJ virtual events are geared toward giving you maximum opportunity for learning and interacting with the content on offer. With the virtual format, we hope to maximise your time by eliminating the need to travel away from your organisation and take further time out of your day-to-day responsibilities.
Your contribution matters: The most worthwhile discussions stem from challenging questions and debate. This isn’t a one-way transfer of information. Ask your questions live to stimulate new conversations between panellists.
