Jamie is Investment Director at Community Health Partnerships.

Jamie holds over 25 years’ experience working within the health sector, having held numerous roles across the property and estates disciplines including strategic estates planning, managing operational estates services, capital planning, asset management and organisational transition in the NHS, and has acted as a consultant in the delivery of capital, 3pd, PFI and LIFT schemes.
Jamie is currently Investment Director at CHP looking after the Department of Health and Social Care’s investment in the ten LIFT Companies that cover £500m of investment in 63 healthcare buildings.

Jamie originally trained as an architect and developed a passion for ultra low energy buildings, leading CHP’s research into the Passivhaus methodology being applied in a healthcare facility and currently leads the development and delivery of CHP’s Zero Carbon roadmap, looking at changing the way new buildings are delivered, existing buildings are improved and how user behaviours affect energy consumption and emissions.
